This branch of the Club was formed in Wellsford in 1979 but as the membership in Warkworth grew the Club shifted south and added Warkworth to its name. Our Clubhouse is the former Telecom Visitor Centre at the Satellite Station, which is a short distance south of Warkworth and to the east of SH1, where we have plenty of parking in a lovely rural setting which we share with sheep, cows. and horses.
We pride ourselves on being a very sociable club, with some of the original members from 1979 still active. We meet for regular Club Night dinners on the second Thursday of each month (except January) and you are welcome to come along to meet the members and see if you would like to join us. Apart from having rallies and runs over weekends, we also have midweek beach picnics during summer and casual lunches at cafes in the district during winter. You don't have to own an eligible vehicle to join the Club and you can download an application form on the Contact page.
